Some people give up at the first sign of hard times
They allow their mind to get weak and their spirit to die
Then there are those special people that thrive and continue to live on
They never give up and their spirit remains strong
They never let dark clouds interrupt their sunshine
They fight hard through the many trials and tribulations of life
They believe God smiles on them and will guide them
They know that through patience, hope and faith they will make it
So thrive to be your best in adversity and keep your heart and soul strong
Thrive to always stay positive never allowing negativity to kill your spirit
Remember you have the power to keep going deep in your soul
