Many worry about privacy and geo-tagging capabilities, but in Social Location Marketing, readers, especially business owners, will have a better understanding of how social media location sites can help in their business.
This title shows marketers that there are other sites besides Foursquare and Facebook place, such as Gowalla, Yelp, SCVNGR, MyTown, Whrrl, Brightkite and Loopt. The book shows users how to set up account with a few of the major players and gives description of each resource.
What’s more important about this book is its use of case studies and examples of how location marketing can mean more customers and money for businesses.
