Book synopsis
Don’t say you do if you don't
Chris Jordan has been married to his loving wife Emily for ten years, and they have three children together. He seems to have the perfect life until he becomes attracted to a businesswoman name Tiffany. Tiffany is just in town for business, but when sparks fly between her and Chris, she considers staying a little longer than she planned. Chris soon struggles with making the choice of staying with his stable family life or risk losing it all in order to be with Tiffany. Meanwhile, Tiffany's past may come back to haunt her as there's someone lurking in the shadows that wants her dead.

Don't Say You Do If You Don't by Charles Burgess is a unique twist on the classic adultery tale. What made this story different was the fact that Chris didn't really have a real reason to step outside of his marriage. He seemed to have a perfect life and his wandering eye got the best of him. This book is the perfect example of how the grass is not always greener on the other side. It also shows that you should take your marriage vows seriously. Burgess also did a good job of incorporating Tiffany's dubious past into this story. Don't Say You Do If You Don't is a fast-paced novel full of life lessons

What made you decide to become an author?
Deciding to become an author-The reason i decided to write, I once played around with a story titled Time out for justice and had people and friends in my neighborhood read the hand written manuscript they loved it and pushed me to finish it, I felt that if I could please people with that story I could do it on another level.
