Christian Fiction Author C.M. Jones

C. M. Jones is well on her way to becoming a household name. She has just completed her second publication, Nothing Is Too Hard for God, and launched a publishing company with her family, HortonJones, Inc., that also mentors young writers. In addition she has begun to offer writing seminars and motivational speaking services. When asked about her endeavors, C. M. Jones has said that writing and mentoring is her ministry and she does it all to the glory of God.

Her debut novella, I Still Do, which was published through Author House but is now a part of the HortonJones, Inc. portfolio, sold thousands of copies in the United States and abroad. This Christian fiction writer indeed is no stranger to writing creative and inspiring stories. She began writing at the young age of eight years old while acting in her elementary school drama club.  C. M. Jones has written countless poems, musicals and short stories that include themes of redemption, forgiveness and a real picture of the things that can happen in life, when you have faith in Jesus Christ.

C. M. Jones is committed to continuing to publish and promote her work with her own publishing company, HortonJones, Inc. and she hopes to one day see her writings on the big screen. C. M. Jones is a wife and mother who draws inspiration from her husband, her three children and her relationship with Jesus Christ.

I have always loved to write and it just sort of became my ministry.

Kimberla Lawson Roby and Terry McMillian are two authors that I really love. I read their books in one weekend at the most.

I give back to the literary community by mentoring young writers. I also do my best to turn my students into writers. I teach 11th and 12th grade English.

A tip I would give new writers would to be diligent and patient. Being an author is very rewarding but it takes hard work to be successful.

My next event is a virtual book tour, in January, then I will do a book signing tour in Europe, which is where I live, over the Spring and Summer.

The biggest lesson that I have learned is that marketing does not have to cost an arm and a leg.

C.M.’s preferred literary service is Nia Promotions. I suggest Nia Promotions. That is my marketing agency and they are great.

I am proud to say that I consider my genre to be Christian Fiction because persons can actually be introduced to Christ from reading my books.

My books can be found online at and many other stores and websites. I can be contacted at or on Facebook and Myspace.

C.M., thank you very much for sharing with us. It looks like you're well on your way to being a best seller. Continued success! ~~Literary Wonders!
